“Shine The Light” Law
California residents may request information once per calendar year about the types of personal information we have shared with third parties for those parties’ own direct marketing purposes, as well as the names and addresses of those third parties.

Please note that we do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without providing California residents the opportunity to opt out, as required by the “Shine the Light” law.
“Eraser” Law
California residents under the age of 18 who have registered for an account or posted content on our Services have the right to request the removal of certain content or information that they have publicly posted.

Notes
A “denied” request reflects situations where the individual did not complete the necessary verification steps within the timeframe allowed. As a result, the request was not processed and is considered expired.
The “opt-out” figures represent submissions from users both within California and from other regions. Additionally, some users may have exercised their opt-out rights via external tools or browser signals; however, we are unable to capture or report specific metrics from those channels.
Changes To This Notice
We may update this Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal obligations, or other operational requirements. When we make material changes, the “Updated” date at the top of this notice will be modified and, where legally required, provide additional Notice or obtain your consent.
